Mr. Sholtis developed an interest in architecture and design early in his childhood while frequently sketching house plans and elevations, furniture, city maps and automobiles. That interest further blossomed while in high school when he began as an apprentice in a local architectural firm specializing in retail, institutional, and residential work. He maintained this apprenticeship while studying architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Since beginning his professional career, he has developed strong project management skills in the execution of projects from modest residential additions to multi-million dollar commercial and institutional buildings. He is also interested in real estate development and obtained his real estate license in 2006. Mr. Sholtis has been a licensed architect in the state of New Jersey since 1996.

Mr. Sholtis began his professional career with Windigo in 1989 as an architect’s drafting assistant and quickly developed project management skills to become a project manager. He currently retains a project manager position at Windigo while overseeing many aspects of both project and office administrative functions. Mr. Sholtis resides with his wife and son in Brick, New Jersey where he enjoys the many attributes of coastal living. He is also an avid aficionado of music, the arts and professional sports.
