The core of this interior residential project is a complete update of the existing combined kitchen and sunroom. New cabinetry in the main kitchen and adjacent butler’s pantry provides a wealth of storage options behind sleek, modern panels that integrate contemporary appliances. Green accents in the island countertop, backpainted glass splashes, and reflective light fixture housings draw the lush exterior into the heart of the kitchen.
The owner’s personal office adjoins the kitchen with a view out to the front garden and patio. Complementary storage casework permits clean storage of office items.
The remainder of the public spaces of the home received modest updates, including new paint, LED lighting, and stair handrails. Last but not least, an inserted residential elevator provides convenient access to the upper level.
