Windigo designed a set of one- and two-family faculty homes for a Massachusetts independent school. The project was a key step in moving more of the school’s faculty onto the campus, which the school desired in order to build stronger student-faculty interactions and build community on campus. In part, these homes also permitted other buildings on campus to be vacated in advance of other construction projects, so time was of the essence. In order to speed construction, Windigo worked with a prefabricated home contractor to develop these houses.
